Mr. Wolk's primary
practice is Personal Injury Law, in which he has litigated and settled hundreds of claims and lawsuits, including numerous
six-figure claims. Many of his claims settle "pre-litigation" - which means that a lawsuit is not even required for the insurance
company to settle in order for the client to be fully and fairly compensated.
Brian has worked with every type of Personal

Prior to beginning the practice of law, Brian J. Wolk was a Captain in the United
States Marine Corps. After serving his country, Brian received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of
Law.
